Xplornet Fixed Wireless support for customers
Simplest thing to try first:
1 - Unplug power to antenna from Xplornet, unplug the power from the router if you have one and shutdown computer systems.
2 - Plug Xplornet antenna into power source first and then plug router into the power source and restart computer.
